In the small village of Grashoek The Living Museum of the Ju/ Hoansi-San offers an authentic experience of one of the world’s oldest cultures. At Grashoek close to Grootfontein San people in traditional dress welcome the guests and educate them in their unique survival skills. A typical village of these semi-nomadic people makes up the core of this open-air museum. The Living museum was initiated by teacher Ghau N aici and Namibian tour guide Werner Pfeifer. The proceeds of the museum support the community of the Grashoek village.
